Our Charlotte based client is a 30 year old successful consulting firm who provides revenue enhancement services to the banking, credit card, credit union and brokerage industries.


 


We are currently seeking a Senior Director, Sales and Client Relationships to drive and augment the firm’s business development initiatives.  The successful candidate must have an extensive list of banking contacts, with focus on established relationship at the senior level.  Only candidates with strong relationships with banks in the Mid-west will be considered.


We are actively looking for candidates who fit the following criteria:



  1. Have at least five to ten years experience selling to banks, brokerage or credit card segments of the financial services industry.  A broad and deep Rolodex of contacts within the industry is expected;

  2. Possess a verifiable track record of engaging clients and delivering sales results, particularly in businesses characterized by providing professional services to the verticals mentioned;

  3. Candidates must possess a high energy level and be highly self motivated;

  4. Background should be marked by an aggressive, tenacious business development style.  Candidates must ;

  5. Possess a work style that is energized by achieving success.


 


This position requires no relocation.


 


The successful candidate will be compensated with a base salary plus generous commission incentive.  The position includes benefits and expense reimbursement.
