Description

As a Sales Representative for Chemical Associates, you will be a critical member of a team that is focused on total customer satisfaction.  You will service and develop existing accounts; secure new accounts; focus sales efforts to obtain budgeted volumes, revenue and profit; achieve sales of key products as defined in the territory marketing plan; monitor and report business trends within the industry; keep management informed; maintain professional and technical knowledge; contribute to team effort. This position covers the states of TN, NC, SC, MS, AL, GA, and Florida.  It requires some overnights and an extensive number of face-to-face sales calls.

 

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated salesperson with several years experience in the chemical (or allied) industry and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Additional requirements include a BS in chemistry or related area, strong business skills, the ability to aggressively secure new accounts while developing existing accounts and an entrepreneurial spirit.  This position offers an exceptional opportunity for career growth.
